AUDIT MANAGER & SENIOR TAX MANAGER

AUDIT MANAGER

Leading and supervising audit engagements mainly for non-profit organizations, you will conduct audit fieldwork; establish budgets and schedules and supervise staff on audit procedures.  In addition, you?ll review audit workpapers and tax returns related to audit engagements and assist the Audit Partner with review of financial statements and other correspondence to clients.  Position requires 5+ years of public accounting audit experience including the management of audit engagements.  Experience with non-profit audits, uniform guidance audits and 401(k) plan audits as well as public accounting tax experience are all a plus.

SENIOR TAX MANAGER

Leading tax engagements for privately-held businesses and individuals, you will prepare individual, corporate, partnership, trust and estate returns; complete tax planning and research; ensure compliance and establish and cultivate professional client relationships.  Position requires 5+ years of public accounting tax experience including the ability to professionally lead tax engagements.  Prior experience in the agricultural industries, medical practices or homeowner?s associations are a plus.

Both positions require a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field; CPA license; proven supervisory and leadership abilities; strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service and PC skills including MS Office proficiency and the ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
